Roak Brewing Co. was opened in 2015. Roger Berent Architects renovated an existing light industrical space turning it into a brewhouse and tap room. Roger Berent Architects successfully navigated the 14,000 s.f. project through the design, site plan approval and construction processes. Creating what is today one of the most successfull brewries in Michigan.
